1.概述General

ACR 系列三相智能電力監(jiān)控儀表，是針對(duì)電力系統(tǒng)、工礦企業(yè)、公用設(shè)施、智能大廈的電力監(jiān)控需求而設(shè)計(jì)的智能表，它集成電力參數(shù)的測(cè)量(如單相或者三相的電流、電壓、有功功率、無(wú)功功率、視在功率、頻率、功率因數(shù)) 以及電能監(jiān)測(cè)和考核管理。復(fù)費(fèi)率電能一天最多可分成8個(gè)時(shí)段、4種費(fèi)率來(lái)完成電能的分時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)。

同時(shí)它具有多種外圍接口功能可供用戶(hù)選擇：帶有 RS485 通訊接口，采用 MODBUS-RTU 協(xié)議可滿(mǎn)足通訊聯(lián)網(wǎng)管理的需要；4-20mA 的模擬量輸出可與任意測(cè)量的電參量相對(duì)應(yīng)，滿(mǎn)足 DCS 等接口要求； 帶開(kāi)關(guān)量輸入和繼電器輸出可實(shí)現(xiàn)斷路器開(kāi)關(guān)的“遙信"和“遙控"的功能，采用高亮度 LED/LCD 顯示界面，通過(guò)面板按鍵來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)參數(shù)設(shè)置和控制，非常適合于實(shí)時(shí)電力監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。可以直接取代常規(guī)電力變送器及測(cè)量?jī)x表。

作為一種先進(jìn)的智能化、數(shù)字化的前端采集元件，該電力儀表已廣泛應(yīng)用于各種控制系統(tǒng),SCADA 系統(tǒng)和能源管理系統(tǒng)中。

2. 技術(shù)參數(shù) Technical parameters

注1：可選功能中，DI：表示開(kāi)關(guān)量輸入；DO：表示開(kāi)關(guān)量輸出M：表示模擬量輸出；

接線(xiàn)方法見(jiàn)末頁(yè)(如：4DI4DO表示四路開(kāi)關(guān)量輸入+ 四路開(kāi)關(guān)量輸出)

注2：Profibus與RS485通訊不可同時(shí)選擇，但可與其他所有功能任意配合使用

注3：接線(xiàn)方法是為幾種可選功能的組合，例：訂貨型號(hào)為ACR320EFL(8DI2DO),接線(xiàn)方法見(jiàn)末頁(yè)：A4+B3+C3

注4： +2C表示：2路RS485通訊(標(biāo)配1路RS`485通訊，選擇+2C表示增加1路RS485通訊)

注5：儀表型號(hào)中，ACR3XX系列(ACR320EG除外)可選擇配置中性線(xiàn)電流測(cè)量功能

注6：配置DI或DO功能時(shí)才有事件記錄功能

3.技術(shù)參數(shù)

3.3注意事項(xiàng)Notice

3.3.1電壓輸入 Voltage Input

輸入電壓應(yīng)不高于產(chǎn)品的額定輸入電壓（100V或400V）的120%，否則應(yīng)考慮使用PT；

在電壓輸入端須安裝1A保險(xiǎn)絲；

Input voltage should not higher than 120% of product's Input voltage(100V or 400V), otherwise, should use PT;

1A fuse should be mounted on the voltage Input end；

3.3.2電流輸入Current Input

電流輸入必須使用外部CT接入。

接線(xiàn)時(shí)確保輸入電流與電壓相序一致，即1號(hào)線(xiàn)接線(xiàn)端接A相電壓，則5、6號(hào)接線(xiàn)端一定要接A相電流，否則會(huì)出現(xiàn)顯示數(shù)值和符號(hào)錯(cuò)誤；同時(shí)確保電流進(jìn)出線(xiàn)連接正確（標(biāo)*號(hào)端子接進(jìn)線(xiàn)）；

如果使用的CT上連有其它儀表，接線(xiàn)應(yīng)采用串接方式；

安裝接線(xiàn)時(shí)建議使用接線(xiàn)排，不要直接接CT，以便于拆裝；

去除產(chǎn)品的電流輸入連線(xiàn)前，必須先切斷CT一次回路或者短接二次回路！

Current input must use external CT access

When wiring, ensure that the Input current and voltage has same  phase sequence, i.e. if l# terminal is connected with A phase voltage, then 5,6# terminal must be connected with A phase current, otherwise, display value and symbol error may occur; while ensure the connection correctness of current  inlet and outlet (symbol *terminal connecting with inlet);

If the used CT connected with other meters , the connection is adopting series connection mode;

When wiring,using Connector bar is recommended, not connected with CT directly, to facilitate dismounting ;

Before removing product current Input connection, firstly, cutoff CT primary circuit or short the secondary circuit!

3.3.3通訊接線(xiàn)Communication connection

該儀表提供異步半雙工RS485通訊接口，采用MODBUS-RTU協(xié)議，各種數(shù)據(jù)信息均可在通訊線(xiàn)路上傳送。理論上在一條線(xiàn)路上可以同時(shí)連接多達(dá)128個(gè)儀表，每個(gè)儀表均可設(shè)定其通訊地址（Addr），通訊速率（buad）也可通過(guò)設(shè)置選擇。

通訊連接建議使用三芯屏蔽線(xiàn)，線(xiàn)徑不小于0.5mm2，分別接A、B、COM2，屏蔽層接大地，COM2禁止接大地，布線(xiàn)時(shí)應(yīng)使通訊線(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)離強(qiáng)電電纜或其他強(qiáng)電場(chǎng)環(huán)境。

建議最末端儀表的A、B之間加匹配電阻，阻值范圍為120Ω～10kΩ。

具體接線(xiàn)實(shí)例見(jiàn)6.6所示。

This meter provides asynchronism half duplex RS485 Communication interface, adopts MODBUS-RTU protocol, various data information may be transmitting on the Communication Line .Theoretically ,on the same Line, meters up to 128 may be connected at the same time, each meter can set up its  Communication address(Addr), Communication rate(buad)may be selected

Communication connection recommendation of three-core shielded wire, its linear diameter is no less than 0.5mm2.separately connecting A, B, COM2 ,the shielded layer connecting earth, COM2 is prohibited by the earth.when wiring, the Communication line shall be far away from strong current cable or other strong electric field environment.

Recommendation of adding matched resistance between A, B of the last meter, the rated resistance range is 120Ω-10kΩ.

4. 編程與使用Program and Usage

4.1測(cè)量項(xiàng)目及面板說(shuō)明(數(shù)碼顯示)Explanation for measurement items and faceplate

儀表面板右側(cè)V123指示燈點(diǎn)亮?xí)r，三排數(shù)碼管分別顯示三相電壓；I123指示燈點(diǎn)亮?xí)r，三排數(shù)碼管分別顯示三相電流；PQλ指示燈點(diǎn)亮?xí)r，三排數(shù)碼管分別顯示總有功功率、總無(wú)功功率、總功率因數(shù)；面板上左邊三個(gè)燈為功率負(fù)號(hào)指示燈，當(dāng)任一負(fù)號(hào)燈點(diǎn)亮?xí)r表明該排顯示值為負(fù)值；EPQ指示燈點(diǎn)亮表示顯示項(xiàng)目為電能，ACR網(wǎng)絡(luò)電力儀表可以監(jiān)測(cè)四象限電能數(shù)據(jù)：

On the ACR Network power meters faceplate,when its right side V123 indicator lights, three rows digitrons separately Displays three- phase voltage,I123indIcator lights, three rows digitrons separately Displays  three-phase  current; PQλ indicator lights, three rows digitrons separately Displays total active power, total reactive power, total power factor; but its top-left three indicators as power minus sign indicators, when any minus sign indicator lights, this shows the Displaying is negative value; EPQ indicator Lights，shows the Displaying Item is Electric energy, ACR Network power meters can measure four quadrant Electric energy data:

EPI--吸收有功電能capture active Electric energy

EPE--釋放有功電能release active Electric energy

EQL--感性無(wú)功電能Inductive reactive Electric energy

EQC--容性無(wú)功電能capacitive reactive Electric energy

右側(cè)k、M代表所顯示項(xiàng)目的單位數(shù)量級(jí)為千或兆。

Right side k、M: k=kilo; M= million

例：如下圖所示，“EPQ"指示燈亮，一排數(shù)碼管顯示EPI，表示當(dāng)前顯示吸收有功電能，k指示燈亮，表示電能單位為kWh，讀電能時(shí)將第二排數(shù)碼管和第三排數(shù)碼管連讀，如下圖所示電能為123456.78kWh。

Example: As below figure shows: EPQ indicator lights, the first row digitrons Display EPI, currently Display the capture active Electric energy, K indicator "(Lights, shows Electric energy Unit is kWh, the Electric energy reading value is the second row digitrons plus the third row digitrons, the Electric energy shown in below figure is 123456.78kWh.

注：

1、通常情況下，用戶(hù)都是用電狀態(tài)，此時(shí)應(yīng)讀取EPI值（吸收有功電能）；發(fā)電廠(chǎng)向外發(fā)電時(shí)讀取EPE值（釋放有功電能）。如果用戶(hù)既有用電情況、又有發(fā)電機(jī)向外發(fā)電情況，則儀表EPI和EPE里都會(huì)有電能顯示。

2、ACR儀表顯示電能值時(shí)，無(wú)特殊說(shuō)明普通型指示的電能數(shù)據(jù)為一次側(cè)電能，此值無(wú)須再乘以電流、電壓變比。液晶復(fù)費(fèi)率型指示的電能數(shù)據(jù)為二次側(cè)電能值，該值乘以電流、電壓變比才是一次側(cè)電能值。

3、當(dāng)用戶(hù)發(fā)現(xiàn)電能或功率指示明顯不正常時(shí)，可通過(guò)查看三個(gè)分相功率確認(rèn)有無(wú)接線(xiàn)錯(cuò)誤。切換到PQλ指示燈亮（不帶PQλ頁(yè)面的可在頁(yè)面按回車(chē)鍵查看分相功率，規(guī)格不同略有差異），三行分別顯示總有功功率、總無(wú)功功率、三相功率因數(shù)時(shí)，按回車(chē)鍵，此時(shí)三行分別顯示PA、PB、PC三個(gè)分相有功功率，若用電狀態(tài)時(shí)存在任一分相功率為負(fù)（負(fù)號(hào)指示燈亮）均屬不正常。檢查該相電流電壓接線(xiàn)，觀(guān)察是否存在CT進(jìn)出線(xiàn)反，或電壓與電流相序不對(duì)應(yīng)等情況。若用戶(hù)采用3相3線(xiàn)接線(xiàn)方式（2CT接法），只顯示兩個(gè)分相功率，不能使用上述方法判斷，建議客戶(hù)咨詢(xún)我司技術(shù)支持人員。

4、各型號(hào)產(chǎn)品對(duì)應(yīng)的前面板會(huì)有所不同，圖示面板僅供舉例參考。

Note:1.In a general way, users is in electricity utilization, at this time, read EPI value (capture active Electric energy); if power plant output of its power, read  EPE value (release active Electric energy) .If users use power and generate power for other, then Electric energy display appear in meters of EPI and EPE。

2. When ACR meters display Electric energy value, LED (digitron) indicated Electric energy data is the primary side Electric energy, this value need not be multiplied by current, voltage transformation ratio. But LCD (liquid crystal) indicated Electric energy data is the secondary side Electric energy value, This value need be multiplied by current, voltage transformation ratio to display primary side Electric energy value.

3. When user discover that the display of Electric energy or power is abnormal clearly, may check three phase splitting power value and symbols for error wiring. Switch to PQ A 'indicator lights, three - row digitrons display total active power, total reactive power, three-phase power factor, pressing ENTER button, for long time, at this time, three - row digitrons separately display PA.  PB.  PC three splitting phase active power, if use power but any phase splitting power is negative(minus sign indicator lights).it is abnormal. Check This phase current, voltage connection, to see if CT inlet and outlet is reversal, or voltage and current with improper phase sequence If the user adopts the three- phase-three-wire connection mode (2CT connection), pressing ENTER button for long time, to Display two phase splitting power, the above judge method is not proper, please consult our technical support personnel.

4. Corresponding to the front panel of each type of product will be different,graphic panel can only be for reference.

5. 該三相智能電力監(jiān)控儀表產(chǎn)品接線(xiàn)方法Wiring method

根據(jù)不同的設(shè)計(jì)要求，推薦在電源、電壓輸入端子增加保險(xiǎn)絲以滿(mǎn)足相關(guān)電氣規(guī)范的安全性要求。

According to varied design requirements, power and voltage input terminals are recommended with fuse to meet with the safety performance requirements of prevailing electric codes.
